Nietes is the best at his weight but this win doesn't reaffirm anything, since Parra was ranked 35th by boxrec, lost a one-sided decision to a 10-5-1 opponent a little more than a year ago and has never beaten anyone in the top 30-40 in his division. Hopefully Nietes gets better opposition next

Because he's not even that popular in the PI....and he's in a weight class that isn't really booming in the U.S.

Only way I see it going to the states is if HBO does a fight against Roman/Estrada/Viloria
