The WBC Continental Americas lightweight champion, Ontario's Tony Luis (19-2-0), will make the first defense of his title on April 17 during a planned gala at the Grand Casino in Hinckley, Minnesota. Luis will face southpaw Tyrone Harris (24-10-0) of Michigan. Luis put his hand on the crown on January 30th, with an upset decision win over previously undefeated Karl Dargan (17-1-0). For his part, Tyrone Harris was the USBA champion in 2008. The clash will be broadcast via CBS Sports.
