    Former WBO world heavyweight champion, 43-year-old Shannon Briggs (57-6-1), continues his latest comeback on March 27th in Panama City (Panama) when he take on Hungarian Zoltan Petranyi (51-21). The 48-year old Petranyi lost the national as well as the UBO Euro heavyweight titles late December in Budapest and announced his retirement to concentrate on his career as promoter, manager and agent but is now back.

    Zoltan is a man who travels wide and far and was this weekend in Tallinn where he worked the corner of Andras Csala, who was stopped by Robert Helenius in 62 seconds. Petranyi arrived in Panama City yesterday and is ready to go. [Click Here To Read More]

            Shannon is going the same route as Foreman when he came back end of the 80s. Fighting stiffs and then getting the title shot.

                    This guy ended up fighting guys he shouldn't fight. Exactly like Roy. They both want to do history but both are past their best.
