Trainer Joe Gallagher says his fighter, WBA 'regular' super bantamweight champion Scott Quigg, will only wait around two more weeks for an answer from IBF champion Carl Frampton on a unification showdown. Gallagher is hoping to get Quigg in the ring with Frampton on a date at the end of May or start of June.

Gallagher and Quigg need to get an answer in two weeks in order to start their training camp.

“I want Scott Quigg to fight the end of May, beginning of June,” Gallagher told Sky Sports. “He hasn’t fought since November. He’s ready to go then and I don’t want to wait for the beginning of next season for him to fight."

Frampton is the A Side in any fight they could make, If there is any demands to be made or deadlines to be set. It will be the Frampton camp calling the shots.

He has poached enough established fighters that he has less risk when putting on a show

If he's so concerned about his fighters earning money then he should take less money from them

Boxing fan have to respect Mcguiggan who promotes the better fighter in Frampton & is looking to showcase world class fights on free TV

I like Quigg, he comes from a MT background. He's been touted for years away from the media...but Quigg isn't PPV. Quigg would be happy to fight Frampton on Mcguiggan's terms...it's the spoiled one, little Eddie that doen't want to budge
