BoxingScene.com recently caught up with strength and conditioning coach Angel "Memo" Heredia who's stable of fighters includes Juan Manuel Marquez, Jean Pascal, Jessie Vargas and several other fighters.

Heredia has also started working with former super flyweight champion Marvin Sonsona (19-1-1). The 24-year-old Filipino now campaigns as a featherweight and has won 5 fights in a row since losing to Wilfredo Vazquez Jr. in 2010. He avenged that loss with a split decision victory in his most recent fight.

That's the part that bothers me the most. There has to be tens of thousands of S&C coaches out there and these guys like to use the ones with bad reps for PEDS. Then you have the guy that insinuates ones a cheat only to hire him a couple years later.
