Hall of Fame coach Freddie Roach views the participation of trainer Floyd Mayweather Sr. as a very positive factor - for the victory of WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao.
Mayweather Sr. will be working the corner of his son, WBC/WBA champion welterweight Floyd Mayweather Jr., when the undefeated boxer faces Pacquiao on May 2nd at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
Floyd Jr. would usually use his uncle, Roger Mayweather, as head trainer. Roger has been sidelined from being a full-time camp member due to health issues.
