New York, NY – Spike TV has named veteran combat sports announcer George X and former “King of the Cage” heavyweight champion, Manny Rodriguez, as the SAP Spanish announce team for the debut season of Premier Boxing Champions, launching Friday, March 13 at 9:00pm ET/PT.
George X currently serves as the play-by-play commentator for Spike’s SAP Spanish broadcast of Bellator MMA. He has served as the Spanish voice for the X Games for ESPN Deportes for 10 years. George has also served as an on-air journalist for the Televisa Network and covered a wide range of sports from the Super Bowl to the Olympics to the World Rafting Championship in Zambia.
