How many rounds do you think Erislandy Lara could win against GGG?

I think the question should be, how many rounds could Lara survive?

Lara is extremely conservative with his offense and doesn't seem to coupe well against fighters with the style GGG embodies. I could see Lara trying to box and having some success early but GGG will cut the ring off and rearrange Lara's innards. If Canelo, whom can't cut the ring off to save Chepo's life could work Lara's body, imagine what a pressure fighter with disgusting power and the ability to actually cut the ring off effectively would do.

Lara gets stopped after winning 1 round and a half and running for the remainder of the fight up until he succumbs to GGG's body assault.

I put 4.. But I think he gets knocked out by round 9-10.. Angulo smashed that boy around the ring for gods sake.. GGG cuts off the ring better then anyone in the sport, he won't be able to run like he did vs Canelos slow azz.

Lara is much faster and is a much better boxer than Murray. Moves better. He'd have a lot of success against Golovkin.

But he's much smaller than Murray and not as durable. The Angulo fight was very alarming for me. Yes I'm aware he won it but Angulo was treading Lara like a rag doll first half of the fight. I couldn't imagine what a true middleweight, who is far superior to Angulo, would do to Lara. Lara doesn't have the power to keep GGG off him. He's too relentless for Lara, terrible match up for him.

Lara's defense is leaky at times and will give Golovkin a lot of space for forward momentum. His chin seems a bit fragile too and Golovkin is a monster puncher. Another issue is I feel his punch variety isn't too wide, GGG would adjust to the many 1-2 combinations Lara likes to throw.

Lara could win a couple of rounds, at best, before he gets picked apart and knocked out. There is absolutely no way this fight would last the distance.

He'd win 2 or 3. Imagine the Angulo fight, except make Angulo good. Golovkin would corner Lara the same, and make far better use of those opportunities. Eventually Lara would run to survive, not win.

Lara would have a pretty good chance of lasting the distance, though.

None. Lara fought like a puzzy against Canelo, it was like watching a timid kitten afraid to engage, imagine GGG facing him, Lara wouldn't get up off of his stool for the second round supposing of course he made it out of the first.

And Alvarez can't cut off a ring to save his life, yet he had Lara running and barely fighting. It's a pattern with Lara, he would run like a track star and lose if he fought Golovkin.
