  • Comments Thread For: Kubrat Pulev Extends His Contract With Sauerland Event

Team Sauerland is pleased to announced that Bulgarian heavyweight star Kubrat Pulev has extended his promotional agreement.

‘’Kubrat remains one of the best heavyweights in world and we’re delighted that he has decided to extend his contract,’’ said promoter Kalle Sauerland, who guided the 33 year-old to a world title challenge in November last year.

‘’The fight against Klitschko may have come a little too early after only twenty professional bouts, but will prove to be a huge learning experience for him. I’m confident he will return better and stronger than ever. It’s only a matter of time before he gets a second shot at the world title and this time he will take it!’’ [Click Here To Read More]

Oh god - that grandpa won`t bring him back. I guess anyway that he won`t regroup after that bad knockout vs Wlad.

I guess the rumors about a US promoter weren't true then... And here I thought he might sign with Haymon and get a shot at Wilder... Oh well, we will see what comes out of this but a second title shot is unlikely... he might get a shot at Chagaev's fake belt though.

Pulev-Chagaev is a fight I've always wanted to see, because they kinda look like each other face-wise.
