Hall of Fame promoter Don King is confident - if he was in charge of the negotiations - that Floyd Mayweather Jr. vs. Manny Pacquiao would have been finalized. According to King, there was some big mistakes made during the ongoing discussions that he easily could have settled.
King says he would have spoken to both fighters a long time ago, and offered up $100 million to each man, which he feels would have persuaded both fighters to sign contracts.
