This guy is a former welterweight champion fighting now as a lightweight. Fight the big guns in your weight class....Garcia, Matthysse, Provo, Peterson. I think Broner is not really sure he can take on these guys. The loss to Maidana must have clipped his wings and deflated his ego and confidence.

He does not know if he has the defensive skills to handle the big punchers.
