Former junior welterweight/welterweight Eamonn Magee has been found guilty of grabbing a woman by her hair, dragging her to the ground, and kicking and striking her, according to Northern Ireland newspaper The Belfast Telegraph. A sentencing hearing has been set for February.
The incident happened at an apartment in July. Magee “had left a bar with [the victim] and her boyfriend to go back to a mutual friend's flat,” the report said.
