Comments Thread For: Browne: Wilder Will Be Sleeping if I Connect on His Chin

LUCAS BROWNE has placed Deontay Wilder on his hit list, but first he's keen to square off with WBA champion Ruslan Chagaev.

The hard-hitting Aussie is rated at number seven in the world by the WBC and is a legitimate contender for the title Wilder won by outpointing Bermane Stiverne in Las Vegas at the weekend.

However, he is currently the highest available challenger with the WBA and feels a shot could be just around the corner as Chageav needs to make a defence quickly due to him already surpassing the organisation's rules.

Browne is a slow, flat-footed plodder.

Wilder, despite his many limitations, KOs him.

I wouldn't mind seeing it, especially if Fury goes after Wladimir instead.

true that, what browne will need to do is disguise the right hand , set it up with some body punches first then come up with it like how pac ko'd hatton.

A terribly boring fight where he looked sloppy and tired

This is pretty much why most of these guys suck. Basing everything on their power. They have no true plan to win.

Wlad learned good fundamentals and a variety of shots he worked on throughout the years (as well as hugging of course) to make himself a true professional.

The plan should always be to neutralize the guy with boxing not try to blast them out.

That **** doesn't work the higher you move up the food chain.

Wilder would probably beat him after embarrassing him for a while.
