Comments Thread For: Tim Bradley's Trainer Welcomes Canelo, Cotto Fights

Former two division world champion Timothy Bradley (31-1-1, 12KOs) has a lot of options to consider - and some of those options could actually happen at 154-pounds.

Many of the top welterweights, including Floyd Mayweather Jr., are advised/managed by Al Haymon, who Bradley's promoter, Top Rank, does no business with. Top Rank promotes superstar Manny Pacquiao, but Bradley already faced him twice and fans are not exactly clamoring for a trilogy fight.

Chase the money and put Bradley in a highly risky situation.

Tim takes a loss from Pac, gets a draw in his last fight (thought he should have won but anyway) and wants Canelo/Cotto? c'mon son.

I think Bradley is big enough to fight in jr. middleweight

this what he said in espn chat

              "Jon North Carolina [via mobile]

Tim, did you put on a lot of weight between bouts? Can you out box Marquez? Can you beat him at his own game?

              Timothy Bradley (1:43 PM)

Yeah, my weight does fluctuate between bouts. I think that's probably the only problem that I have and need to get control over. The older I get, the more I go up. When I started my last camp I was about 180 pounds. Now I'm down to about 149. I've got 2 pounds to go to make weight. I used to walk around at about 160. That was 2 years ago."

Bad fight for Cotto..Even if Cotto wins, Bradley will make him look bad & I would'nt be surprised if Bradley beats him.

Bradley chasing big paydays because of that big minimum in his contract. He needs to force his boss to get some of those Haymon welters in the ring with him.

I have a hard time seeing anyone knocking out Bradley.
                    You'd have to outbox him.

                    I see him beating Cotto.
Against Canelo,... that's a close fight. I slightly favour Canelo but not by much.

And let's get real, Bradley beat Chaves clearly.
