So let me get this right, Iron Mike Productions was putting on all of these successful shows, which were setting various viewing records, selling out shows, and then out of the blue the company comes to an end with the fighters signing with Al Haymon instead? I can't be the only one that finds this whole situation fishy, am i? I think Al felt threatened by the success that Tyson was having and decided to put end to it by offering Jonas a deal that he couldn't refuse while eliminating Mike Tyson the threat. Hell, he tried to do essentially the same thing to Golden Boy by taking control of Richard Schaefer, which is why Oscar fired him, but thankfully for Oscar he still had Canelo to keep Golden Boy going.

Al eliminated Tyson and now he will do everything he can to eliminate Jay z and Roc Nation out of the game as well. It just shows how messed up the politics of the sport we love is. What Iron Mike Productions had going on truly seemed like it was going to to be a fresh new change for the sport going forward, but now it has been eliminated for the sake of money, power, and greed. I just hope everything works out with this ultimate plan that Haymon has for boxing because for better or worse there won't be much in the way of alternatives any time soon.
