Comments Thread For: Eubank Jr. To Face Dmitry Chudinov On Fury-Hammer Bill

Despite having lost his last fight, second-generation middleweight Chris Eubank Jr. is being steered towards a title for his next fight. Perhaps it's fitting that the belt is of the sham variety, as Frank Warren announced on Tuesday that the boxer will next face interim titlist Dmitry Chudinov on February 28 at O2 Arena in London, England.

The bout will serve as the chief support to Tyson Fury's stay-busy fight versus Christian Hammer while awaiting a crack at World heavyweight king Wladimir Klitschko. Both fights will air live on BoxNation TV in the United Kingdom.

Props to Chris Eubank for wanting what Danny Jacobs didn't.

Another pretty ballsy move from the Eubank team. Very winnable fight though for Eubank Jr.

interesting move the question is whether eubank snr wants this fight or warren and wether warren is setting him up to fail or whether warren wants eubanks jr long term.....I rekon chudinov probably beats him................warren probably knows it , then eubank jr will probably get a couple of easy stiffs and be a voluntary for a saunders rematch and get low balled so warren wins either way.

How about Eubank Jnr, Mark Heffron & John Ryder fighting it out for honours?
