Comments Thread For: Alexander: I Will Return Stronger Than Ever in 2015!

BoxingScene.com caught up with former three time champion Devon Alexander (26-3, 14KOs) shortly after his points loss to Amir Khan last night at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

Alexander landed a few big punches but wasn't able to follow up on any of them or put many combinations together. Khan did a great job of controlling the distance by using his reach advantage.

Devon won't get any better. He has reached his ceiling. He needs to be matched up better.

I wouldn't mind that. I think Kamegai took something out of Ghost that night, I'll take Devon by decision.

Devon is still young enough to improve, but he desperately needs to drop Cunningham.

I know Cunningham is like a father or a big brother to Devon, but he just has to leave him. He won't get any better with that guy.
