Dominant performance by Fighter of the Year candidate Terence Crawford, who picked apart capable challenger Raymundo Beltran from the orthodox and southpaw stances all night to retain the WBO lightweight championship. Crawford landed an avg. of 13 of 36 jabs per round (Beltran avg'd 31 total punches thrown per round) and landed 46% of his power punches. With the win secured, Crawford nonetheless tried for the knockout in the last two rounds, landing 28 punches in the eleventh and 32 in round twelve.
