Comments Thread For: Pacquiao on Mayweather: It Was Time To Say Something!

WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao said it was time to "say something" - when asked about his decision to make a direct challenge to WBC/WBA champion Floyd Mayweather Jr.

Pacquiao, along with his promoter, Top Rank's CEO Bob Arum, want the fight to come off in the first half of 2015. Arum is currently involved in negotiations with CBS CEO Leslie Moonves. CBS is the parent company of Showtime, who have Mayweather under an exclusive contract.

This dumbasz idiot does'nt need to say anything to floyd mayweather. He needs to say something to arum or quit wasting his time begging. The fake christain midget created this mess in the very beginning with the needle crap and arum has blocked the fight ever since.now arum is faking like he wants its.

I hope we've heard the end of Floyds excuses now stuff like Manny needs a pay day ,maybe he does but we need to see this fight .Floyds god is money and if he turns this down now, again then people should boycott his fights. No more who should I fight Khan or Maidana or the like .He should not be able to get away with this blatant swerving the smaller lighter pacman with whom he would earn 10 fold more than against any other opponent and would be betting favourite to win.
Floyd has never fancied this fight and the more his money grabbing career has gone on the less he wants the risks and for the kind of money he demands this is NOT acceptable, put up or shut up Mayweather.

I'm happy Manny has spoken because now fans truly know Manny wants the fight and it's no longer a discussion who wants the fight more. It's time for Floyd to speak now, I wonder where he's hiding....

Did Pacquiao just say "depends on my promoter" again?

The way to get Floyd to fight is to confront him in a public place and ask his women if she wants to come by Manny's apartment where he will show her a real man.

Everyone knows this is how its done.
