Comments Thread For: Timothy Bradley Hungry: I Need To Get That Title Back

Former two division world champion Timothy Bradley (31-1, 12KOs) wants to reclaim the WBO welterweight world title that he lost to Manny Pacquiao earlier this year. Bradley captured the title with a controversial twelve round split decision over Pacquiao in 2012 and then retained the belt with decision wins over Ruslan Provodnikov and Juan Manuel Marquez.

Arum's going to pimp you long and hard to get that title back. Shouldn't have siggned a long contract with Top Rank. You may go threw hell when arum sends you out. There to the likes of Thurman, Fortunate, Miguel Cotto, even Canelo. Maybe bob even feeds you to Golovkin for the money.

You won't get it fighting the Diego Chaves' of the world. Wait this is boxing, he probably will if he keeps fighting this caliber of opponent.

I bet he is hungry. And I bet he went straight to the kitchen right after.

If Algieri beats Manny, then I think he would fight Tim next. That would be a great technical fight between the two. Tim could definitely win his title back. But I think Tim made a bad decision resigning with Top Rank. Al Haymon and GB have far more options at 147 than TR. After Floyd is done at the end of the year, the welterweight division is Bradley's to own. I don't think he'll ever fight Manny again. But fights with Maidana, Brook, Thurman, Khan, Porter, and Guerrero could launch Tim into the Hall of Fame. And with Broner, Danny Garcia, Matthysse, and Crawford likely moving up to 147, he would have an opportunity to build a resume to make him an all time great.
