WBA 'regular' junior welterweight champion Jessie Vargas (25-0, 9KOs) wants to send a message on November 22nd in Macau, with a knockout victory over former champion Antonio DeMarco (31-3-1, 23KOs). The fight will be part of the HBO Pay-Per View undercard to the welterweight fight between Manny Pacquiao and Chris Algieri.

Vargas was promised some very big things to come in 2015, but he was told to put on a show with an impressive victory over DeMarco. Top Rank's CEO, Bob Arum, promised to place him in some big fights if he looks good.

Vargas has next to no pop. DeMarco doesn't have the best chin or skill set, but he is tough. A Vargas win is UD at best, and that isn't a guarantee unless Bob fixes it ahead of time.
