Comments Thread For: Pacquiao: I'm Not Focused on Knocking Algieri Out

WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao is not focused on knocking out his upcoming opponent, unbeaten Chris Algieri. They will clash on November 22nd at the Venetian in Macau, China.

Pacquiao has not stopped an opponent inside the distance since the TKO victory over Miguel Cotto in December of 2009. His trainer, Freddie Roach, is hoping he gets a knockout next month, but that is not Pacquiao's focus.

He refuses to make the same mistake that he made in 2012, when his sole focus was to score a knockout over Juan Manuel Marquez, who ended up catching Pacquiao cold with a one-punch KO in the sixth round.

As long as Pacquiao gives a good fight. Which he always does. That's all that matters.

Win or Lose.. Pacquiao is still the most exciting fighter to watch compared to a lot of the other 'garbage' that's out there. And you all know who they are.

Didn't you call a 6th round KO... or at least within 6?

LeBron is more exciting than Tim Duncan. Peyton Manning is more exciting than Russell Wilson. Too bad excitement doesn't win championships!

You got KO on boxing, that's why you're watching a boxing to see a KO...
