WORLD Boxing Association featherweight super champion Nonito Donaire was chopped down by the “Axe Man” Nicholas Walters, the regular champion, who fulfilled his prediction of knocking out the five-division world champion in the sixth round.

The Jamaican champion achieved the feat with a thunderous right to the head at 2:59 of the round to drop Donaire, who appeared to beat the count, but he was on wobbly legs, forcing referee Raul Caiz Jr. to embrace him and lead him to his corner.

Bad idea. But I guess Donaire-Frampton would be cool if it happened.

The issue isn't the weight, it's whether or not his still has the mental drive for this. If so, then he should stay at 126 and fight Lomo for a major fight.

Donaire loses to Rigo, Santa-Cruz, and Frampton. If there is one that he has the best chance of beating. It is probably Frampton.

He should go down to 122, rematch Rigo which will be the same outcome as the first but both would make money and then perhaps he'll become a gatekeeper at 122 and should fight LSC and so on for money fights until he feels enough is enough.

Was it really a stoppage or was Donaire ktfo? I saw the latter.. But Donaire is still my man. He's real and wasn't lookin for the excuses Dodong is spitting out.

2013 Before Rigo - I've had a great training camp, I'm in top shape and Rigo doesn't deserve a fight with me/

April 2013 - I had to kill myself to make weight. I can't make 122 anymore. I'm going to go to 126. If Rigo wants a rematch it has to be at 126.

Today - I'm too small for 126. I'm going to go back down to 122.

                    Santa Cruz doesn't beat Donaire.

Donaire going back down to feasting on little guys.
