Former EBU light heavyweight champ Eduard Gutknecht (25-3-1) ends a short lived -semi-retirement and returns on a show in Salzwedel (Germany) on Saturday (Oct 18). Gutknecht takes on Haris Colacovic **7-3) on a PSP Promotion show sanctioned by the BDF.
Gutknecht was up until May of this year promoted by Sauerland Event and held the EBU title 2012-13 but lost to stablemate Juergen Braehmer and also a IBF eliminator against Dmitry Sukhotskyi. When Eduard drew with the unheralded Pablo Sosa (4-3-3) in May he was advised to retire.
