Comments Thread For: Beterbiev Could Return in December on Stevenson Bill

NABA light heavyweight champion Artur Beterbiev (6-0, 6KOs) could return to action on a date in December, according to his brother and coach Abakar Beterbiev.

Last month Beterbiev turned a lot of heads when he knocked out former IBF champion Tavoris Cloud in two rounds at the Bell Centre in Montreal, Canada.

Beterbiev's return is being discussed for the planned undercard for the ring return of WBC light heavyweight champion Adonis Stevenson.

Hopefully he'll fight some decent fringe contender like Karpency, Murat, White, Agnew or Murat.

Or a former titleholder like Campillo, Shumenov or Dawson.

Are they sure this is a good move? Stevenson might duck out of the card with that kind of firepower close by.

Karpency... why not. He beat chad, so now you don't have to risk him being destroyed

He's a fearless ring warrior, so for decent money he'd likely be willing.

He's a decent person to bring in... don't know who else would... but he's still young in his career... unless he fights somebody who's 0-150, I don't expect anybody to be too hard on who he fights
