Matchroom Sport promoter Eddie Hearn is thinking very big when it comes to 2012 Olympic gold medal winner Anthony Joshua (9-0, 9KOs). Joshua captured his first belt on Saturday night in London, when he blew away Russian veteran Denis Bakhtov in two rounds to capture the WBC International heavyweight title.

The title win over Bakhtov will begin the stead process of Joshua's rise in the official rankings of the sanctioning bodies.

By the end of next year, Hearn says Joshua will potentially be ready for the best in the heavyweight division.

We still don't know how good joshua is. He could have terrible stamina for example we just don't know. At the moment it would be better finding out how good he is against a solid journeyman than someone who has a real chance of beating him.
