Matchroom Sport promoter Eddie Hearn is thinking very big when it comes to 2012 Olympic gold medal winner Anthony Joshua (9-0, 9KOs). Joshua captured his first belt on Saturday night in London, when he blew away Russian veteran Denis Bakhtov in two rounds to capture the WBC International heavyweight title.
The title win over Bakhtov will begin the stead process of Joshua's rise in the official rankings of the sanctioning bodies.
By the end of next year, Hearn says Joshua will potentially be ready for the best in the heavyweight division.
