Team Sauerland will stage a big press conference on Thursday in Berlin to present its planning for the next few years, including a new TV partner. German paper der Spiegel has reported that the network in question is SAT 1 and that the deal is for eight shows a year. As for the financial side to it, itīs reported that SAT1 will pay about half of the what Sauerlandīs soon to be former network partner - ARD - currently does. ARD has reportedly paid as much as 1.5 million Euro per show and less for some. There is also rumors of there being some kind of deal with SKY in the UK.
