Comments Thread For: Former K1 Champion Crossing Over To Boxing Ring

Former K1 British Champion and World Number 4 Adam Hart has decided to hang up his gloves in that sphere and turn professional boxer under the guidance of Steve Goodwin.

Hart now aged 35 is following in the steps of Matt Skelton who also made the same transition at a similar age. Trained by Jamie Williams out of Legends Gym in Romford, Hart wants to move quickly and wants a shot at the British title within 18 months.

So he was ranked under the 'new' K-1? No wonder I never heard of him.

I never said I haven't heard of him. Lots of people heard of him stuffing ******* in his underpants and swallowing SIM cards: http://news.sky.com/story/743739/mos...d-in-amsterdam

But in the kickboxing world, he is an absolute nobody and never by any stretch of the imagination "world number 4"...

Kickboxing has more world titles than boxing everyone claims to be a world champion kick boxer there's 3 in my small town so I'd assume they hand out belts just like they do trophies in amateur fights

It is no different from boxing lots of guys are ranked by different organisation does not mean they are world class.

Ever heard of Lester Jacobs WBF champion and remained undefeated in boxing over 40 fights LOL he was a world champion, yet never even fought for a british title

Give the guy a break he never made a promise to you he be world champion
