MASHANTUCKET, CONN. - As part of a Showtime televised tripleheader from the Fox Theater at Foxwoods Resort Casino, in Mashantucket, Conn., Willie “The Great” Nelson (23-1-1, 13 KOs) will face Vanes “The Nightmare” Martirosyan (34-1-1, 21 KOs) in a 10-round collision of once-beaten junior middleweights. Martirosyan will be stepping into the ring with a heavy heart just five days after the death of his promoter Dan Goossen, brother of his trainer, Joe Goossen.
