  • Comments Thread For: Hearn: 6,000 Tix Already Sold For Cleverly-Bellew Rematch

Tempers flared during the press conference held Wednesday afternoon in Liverpool to formally announce the rematch between Nathan Cleverly and Tony Bellew. The heated rivals will once again clash on November 22 at the Echo Arena in Liverpool, England, which event handlers believe will be at full capacity given early ticket sales.

"We're through 6,000 tickets sold already," promoter Eddie Hearn announced during Wednesday's press conference in Bellew's hometown, the first leg of a two-city tour that also includes a stop later in the day in Cleverly's corner of the world in Cardiff, Wales. "It looks like it will sell out today." [Click Here To Read More]

      I don't think that's been confirmed.

Hearn said it might be on PPV which would be ***ing laughable. I don't care who's on the undercard. Hell, this fight is an undercard fight itself ffs.

The whole fight intrigue is based on their bad blood. Neither guy is world class or particularly skillful. Shame, it would've been a good support to a Brook fight.

Agreed , this is a confirmed PPV .This fight although interesting and with the bad blood aspect attached is NOT worth £16 , I'm not sure I'd be too pleased paying that at the gate....Eddie's taking the piss!...Unless this is stacked to the hilt this will be a stream!

Wow....you're right! I saw Hearn's interview with IFL yesterday and he said it wasn't decided yet.

                  What a joke!

There will probably more people at the fight than actually watching box office.
