Yes. I used to consider him one of the best, but Bayless disgraced himself last night.

He usually is the best, but last nights performance relegates him to mediocre status as far as I'm concerned. I have no problem with a referee having a bad night but having a bad night in the favor of the a) money fighter and b) fighter who complained the first time proves to me that he is biased. He severely disadvantaged Maidanas only method of victory. All that being said, Floyd would have won regardless.

I agree, he did not allow Maidana to unfold completely. Don't think it mattered much, Maidana did not seem as wild, almost as if he respected Mayweather too much this time around.
