Roach, who trains WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao, says their chances to win have increased based on Mayweather's claimed decline.

Top Rank's CEO Bob Arum, who promotes Pacquiao, wants to make the mega-match in 2015. They have been unable to make the fight for the last few years.

This statement comes as no surprise to me. Freddie is always looking for a handicap. They fought Margarito because he looked like sht against Mosley, Roach even had the nerve to say "we looked at your last two fights" when asked about why they fighting Margarito.

Every time roach opens his mouth I despise him more and more. He's actually proud to admit they fight guys they see glaring weaknesses in.

Gone are days of Mosley vs odlh, hagler vs hearns. Now we get pacquiao vs a top 15 jww "champion"
