I'll take Chris on humongous odds. I rewatched the Provo fight and I was even more impressed by what he did. -
Algieri jabs and Pac slips it and hits him with 4 punches, Algieri retreats like "WTF was that?" The fight takes a wrong turn down a dark alley and Batman won't be there to stop the mugging that's going to commence. Rock on Algieri, respect the confidence but it's going to be a long night for you bruddah.Leave a comment:

This guy needs to be tested for drugs. He must be on drugs to think he has a chance. He has less of a chance than Salka had.Leave a comment:

If his jab is Klitschko quality and fights successfully like Klitschko then yes, it could neutralize pacquiao. But Only Klitschko can do it well enough to bore the masses to sleep.Leave a comment:

Comments Thread For: Algieri is Confident His Jab Can Neutralize Pacquiao
Confident and unbeaten, WBO light welterweight champion Chris Algieri believes his strong jab can nullify the speed and power of boxing great Manny Pacquiao and propel the New Yorker to legendary status.
The American faces easily the sternest test of his six-year professional career when he steps into the Macau ring on November 22 against Pacquiao, winner of world titles in eight different weight divisions, for the Filipino's WBO welterweight crown.
The two men squared off at a promotional event for the bout in the Asian ******** enclave on Monday with the 1.78 metre American towering over Pacquiao. He would need to use his longer reach to keep the 'Pac Man' at bay come fight night.
