Panamanian title contender Walter "El Raton" Tello of Panama has arrived in Shanghai, China, ahead of his 12-round clash against Filipino southpaw Randy "Razor" Petalcorin for the WBA interim Jr. Flyweight (108 lbs) belt on Tuesday (August 26) at the plush Mercedez Benz Arena in Pudong, Shanghai, China.
"It was a really long trip from Panama. But I am happy to be here in Shanghai to fight Petalcorin," said Walter Tello, a Police officer in Panama, currently rated at Jr. Flyweight, #6 by the WBA.
