    A source with knowledge of the details has advised BoxingScene.com that Barclays Center in Brooklyn is no longer in the running as a possible venue to host the light heavyweight unification between Bernard Hopkins and Sergey Kovalev.

    While the venue initially expressed interest in securing the fight, the executives at the location have apparently removed Barclays from contention because of a "Live Nation concert" being staged at the venue on November 1.

                That would be an option except Kovalevs entire money paying fanbase is in New Jersey you can make an arguement for Hopkins as well, the mexicans usually arent down for his ****ery

                  Idk, Im guessing The casinos i imagine attract more people, pay more than in Philly. Probably makes more financial sense.
