Comments Thread For: Jacobs: I Want Peter Quillin at Barclays, Fans Deserve It!

In the SHOWTIME CHAMPIONSHIP BOXING opening bout, Daniel “The Miracle Man” Jacobs (28-1, 25 KOs) completed the next step in his inspirational journey by winning a world championship in his hometown of Brooklyn, N.Y., only three years after battling cancer. With his fifth-round knockout victory over Australian Jarrod Fletcher (18-2, 10 KOs), Jacobs earned the vacant WBA Middleweight World Championship and the 25th knockout win of his career.

He's irrelevant now and Jacob's is climbing up the ladder. Does that upset you?

He can fight Golovkin. No one cares about Quillin.

Jacobs will beat Quillin, possibly by KO.

In due time, I give it no more than a year, he'll be one of the last challengers at 160 to give GGG a run for his money. Jacobs actually has power and the height to do some damage on GGG and actually test his chin

Jacobs may be getting some false bravery wanting Quillin. He needs to remember Quillin is sturdier than Fletcher. It would be a good fight, definitely, but it would not be one-sided.

I am, I feel Quillin would take it and do not want to see a man who has been through so much lose, and even if he won I would feel for bad quillin too
