Are the building up a Williams/Charlo match up?

If im not mistaken he is with al haymon.
He needs to get in with charlo already.

He is to good to be fighting guys like gonzalez and far more accomplished.
He is top 10 and his handlers need to make a move .
Get kirkland or charlo in the ring .
Get angulo in the ring .

I think both Charlos and Williams train with Ronnie Shields. Don't see it happening.

Big difference in the quality of opponents these 2 have fought. There records may be similar but Williams has fought way better competition.
