Undefeated mandatory challenger Kell Brook (32-0) has promised to unload some damage on IBF welterweight champion Shawn Porter (24-0) when they meet on August 16th as the main event of a Showtime televised tripleheader from the StubHub Center in Carson, California.

Brook finally gets his chance at a title after three previous dates, against former champion Devon Alexander, were canceled due to injuries. Ironically, Porter was a replacement opponent for Brook on a date in December of last year and decisioned Alexander for the title.

The real question is whether Brook will actually show up? I'm not convinced yet but I hope he will actually walk into the ring fight night for his beating.

Brook will look dwarfed by the "shorter" Porter lol. Kell just isnt big enough for 147, i've seen Kell on numerous occasions and he unbelievably small for WW, and his so called power people talk of is no more than Khans.

I expect the "Booty Dew" from Kell and maybe a bad hurtful stoppage.
