Jessie Vargas has submitted to random drug testing administered by the Voluntary Anti-Doping Association (VADA), BoxingScene.com was informed Tuesday, per a source with knowledge of the negotiations.

Vargas (24-0, 9 KOs), the reigning WBA junior welterweight titleholder, will defend his belt against Anton Novikov (29-0, 10 KOs) on Aug. 2 at the Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas. HBO will televise the clash, which will be part of the card leading up to Brandon Rios’ 10-round welterweight battle with Diego Chaves.

You know who else wouldn't agree to VADA testing? Mayweather and PEDinimita Marquez. In negotiations between Mayweather and Pacquiao, Mayweather refused Pacquiao's camp's demand for VADA testing and Floyd Joy stated that USADA is the only agency that conducts testing for himself and his opponents in any fight. PEDinimita said his only goal left in boxing was to win five titles in five divisions, but I guess that all changes when VADA testing is involved...

Ironically, Pacquiao has proven more than Mayweather and PEDinimita that he is the truly clean athlete.

Floyd was 3x tested positive for ped and USADA concealed the result..Floyd only wants USADA and doesn't want VADA for some reason...

Props to Jessie Vargas for doing VADA testing. Novikov should have been contractually obligated to do it too. BoxRec shows he failed a drug test in 2012. Nobody knows who he is anyway, so either he agrees to VADA testing or Top Rank looks for another opponent for Vargas. I guess it's too late now.

VADA did not exist when Mayweather vs. Pacquaio was being negotiated. Only USADA existed at that time.

If they concealed the results then how is it that you are so privledged to these so called failed results?
And if you believe the rumor that Floyd tested positive (which is an extremely far stretch being that USADA does release thier findings to the public), then you must believe that Pac has been on PEDs for quite some time.
