Former two-division world champion Paulie Malignaggi was very vocal on the social networks, as he discussed eight division champion Manny Pacquiao and the issue of drug testing. Pacquiao was under the microscope for a few years after rising up through several weight divisions and destroying the competition.

During the first round of negotiations to make a fight with Floyd Mayweather Jr., speculation grew after Pacquiao refused to agree to Mayweather's demand for random drug testing. Pacquiao is now submitting himself to random drug testing protocols, but the Filipino star has not been the same fighter who destroyed a series of elite opponents. Pacquiao has not scored a stoppage victory since 2009, when he put away Miguel Cotto. At that time, Pacquiao stopped eight of eleven opponents during his peak run through the ranks.

Yeah sure. Why don't you bring up the other fighters who destroyed others at the top level, including Floyd. Random testing isn't the be-all end-all for elite athletes, especially when you have hush-hush clauses behind the scenes. Open your eyes, it's an even playing field.

Completely irresponsible and simplistic statement by Paulie. Pacquiao just dominated Bradley a top pound for pound guy and won every round vs Rios with blood testing. Mayweather only uses USADA testing. And its' been reported he receives waivers on his results. So Paulie who claims judges are crooked doesn't even consider that Floyd only using USADA and refusing to use VADA when Pacquiao wanted to fight him isn't suspect... only the non-American guy is suspect... I get it...

Paulie, why aren't you questioning Bernard Hopkins... he's done some
"amazing" things in boxing... Why aren't you questioning why Mayweather only agrees to be tested by one organization... Why do you mention only one guy by name... I lost respect for Paulie with his Pacquiao obsession he has.. meanwhile; he kisses Floyd and Bernard's ass..
