    According to the World Boxing Council, the final preparations are ready for the meeting between the heads of three major world sanctioning bodies; the meeting will be held in Cancun, Mexico this coming Monday, June 23.

    The WBC, WBA and IBF will be all represented with their respective presidents and other members from their Boards of Directors. A comprehensive agenda has been prepared to address several important topics. The WBO declined the invitation to participate, according to the WBC.

    Wonder where this will go. Hope they don't agree on some rules changes that benefit only them. Best thing that could come from it is a merger.

          They're meeting for the sole purpose of creating new and inventive ways to scam the boxing establishment. But seriously, boxing needs to do away with these sactioning bodies. They're not good for boxing at all but just adds to the corruption.
