I was wondering why the Porter-Brook fight hadn't been made, I guess this could be why. As it's now unlikely to get resolved, I can see Hearn winning the mandated purse bid, and the fight going to Sheffield.

Golden Boy will I'm sure.

They aren't going to destroy their relationship with Haymon. Bidding on Porter would be a good way to send a message that that relationship will stay in tact.

Just watched an ifltv video where Hearn said golden boy are doing a stacked card in New York in August and the fight will land there. They are going to ask the ibf for an extension as they are close to making a deal. My guess is it will have Keith Thurman on it too.

I'm not sure how these changes at golden boy will effect it.
