I normally don't disagree much with roach but when it comes to this fight....he's been wrong from day one. Cotto's hand speed is trash and will be even worse when moving up. I still stand by what I said in 2009,2010,2011,2012 stay at 147 you are too small and too slow to be fighting above the weight.
