Strange, BoxRec have him fighting Antonio Diaz on the Mayorga-De La Hoya under card...

Maybe he will fight this M'Baye dude then since everyone else is tied up.

Forget about boxrec Bro, this is a first hand information that came out right from Baldy'S mouth.

Good for him and good for Gatti too. The winner gets into the mainstream of the division.

Even if he is portly as of now, moving up to welterweight didn't make a whole lot of sense to me from Hatton's POV. I know he would do it to eventually fight Floyd but I think there is a chance he could get FLoyd to come back down to 140 or he could try to get a larger cut to come up. Baldomir-Gatti made too much business sense not to happen. Is he giving Zab props hoping it makes him look better for beating him?

Gatti's going to be a great prize fight for him win or lose, he deserves it.

Yeah because if he beats Oscar and Gatti, you could at least make an argument for him beating or having a shot against any guy at 147 not named Mayweather. I doubt he could beat Gatti, Mosley, Margarito, etc. but at least his resume would look better against two top ten welterweights
