When the Klitchko's both Officially retire, the heavyweight division is going to be pretty weak, if Roy Jones could win a Heavyweight title I think a non heavyweight could bear the name.

Doesn't really feel right to say even though HW fell off in terms of prestige. If it was a light heavyweight guy, it might not be that big an issue but a welterweight is tough
