Comments Thread For: Roach Can't Guarantee a Vicious Pacquiao in Rematch

MGM Grand, Las Vegas - One of the big storylines hovering over Saturday's rematch between Manny Pacquiao (55-5-2, 38KOs) and WBO welterweight champion Timothy Bradley (31-0, 12KOs) - is whether or not Pacquiao will return to his former fiery self.

Pacquiao has always looked impressive in the ring, but there is something missing from some of his recent performances. The eight division world champion has not scored a knockout since a November 2009 TKO over Miguel Cotto.

We are going to see a PAC get out boxed the first 8 rounds of the fight, to rally strong in the end, in a futile attempt to score a KO. Timmeh will then have earned a 8-4/7-5 win and we will all call on the Pac-monster to hang em up

This fight started a long time ago with everyone wearing their poker faces for vegas. Its all mind games their betting on pacs aggressiveness just to counter him like they did with marquez. Eventually tim will fight back and swing wild. Thats when he'll get tagged.

Roach and everyone talking abt that killer instinc BS are getting annoying. Pac doesnt have to KO Bradley to win this. Just to use his speed and footwork. This story is getting old now.Pac is no longer a killer like before so what... He just needs to use his boxing skill.

Roach sounds cautiously optimistic, talking about knockdowns in sparring happening for the first time in a long time. I think he's unsure of what to expect but liked what he saw.

                    Enough

I respect Freddy but enough is enough. Pacquiao has been through wars in the ring and I'm sure Pac's more concerned about his health down the line. If he can outbox a guy what is the reason to brawl and risk something serious in the ring? What does he have left to prove?
