Las Vegas - Gary Salazar, America's top-rated amateur bantamweight from Fresno, has signed a promotional contract with Top Rank. Hall of Fame promoter Bob Arum made the announcement today.
"We are very excited about Gary signing with Top Rank," Arum said.
Salazar was tabbed by many as the bantamweight who would represent Team USA in the Rio 2016 Olympics.
