Nicaragua's undefeated Randy "El Matador" Caballero has secured the opportunity to challenge the world bantamweight champion of the International Boxing Federation (IBF), after scoring a knockout win in a final eliminator against Kohei Oba on Friday as part of a card in the Central Gym of Kobe, Japan.
