Well i see a million threads about how suppoesedly Quillin is ducking GGG,Adonis is ducking Kovalev, Floyd ducking Pacroid and Thurman, but I dont see any threads about provdnikov ducking Rios who he refused to fight at for some reason and also ducked pacroid and said they wont fight because they are suppsedly 'friends' even though freddie roach said he would have no problems with pac beating the russians ass.

As far as I'm concerned he is ducking Rios, or at least his team is. I don't think Arum is keen on the fight either.

Well according to Ruslan its not him that doesn't want the fight. Here's a recent article of him talking about Rios.

"I don't have any concerns. I am ready to fight him any time. For me, he is actually the best opponent out there right now," stated WBO jr. welterweight champion Ruslan Provodnikov, who made it clear that he would love to face former lightweight champion Brandon Rios when he makes his anticipated June 14 return to the ring. Unfortunately for Provodnikov, despite the fact that Rios himself has also campaigned for the fight, it seems like certain individuals are preventing that fight from coming to fruition.

"His promoter and manager are the ones that don't want him to fight me. Whether it's the weight issue or some other reasons, I'm not sure. It's not my fault that the fight is not happening. I'm ready to fight anybody," Provodnikov informed FightHype's Michelle Rosado during a recent conversation. "His promoter and manager need to decide to allow for him to take this fight. They have not come forward even one step on wanting to make the fight, according to my team."

he is world champ at 140 and pac and ruslan have the same trainer, please do your homework before you make threads, i told you this last week when you said bradley should not sign an extension with top rank when he had already done so

A bait thread, but obviously Provodnikov's team is not eager to get in the ring with Rios. Ruslan is by no means scared of Rios , but by NBS logic he's ducking Rios who's adamant he can make 140. If he says he can make it just make sure the penalty is severe enough where Rios has no choice.
