Texas Station, Las Vegas - Welterweight prospect Michael Finney (12-1) came out fast landing several hard body shots early on but couldn't sustain it as he suffered an upset loss against Jaime Herrera (11-2). Herrera woke up in the 2nd round after suffering a low blow early in the round and dominated the fight from that point on until referee Jay Nady stopped the fight after an accumulation of blows with just a few seconds remaining in the 5th round.
